Loan period:
Junior High:
• Books: 2 weeks (Students may have 2 items checked-out.)

Overdue charges:
• We do not charge for overdue materials.  We do charge for lost or damaged materials.  
• Check-out privileges will be suspended if items are overdue.

Lost or Damaged materials charge:
Students who damage or lose library materials will pay the cost of the item plus $1.00 for processing.  Items are billed at 14-21 days overdue and must be paid or returned prior to future checkout. Bill payments will be refunded if the items are returned before the end of the current school year.  Replacements will not be accepted.

Gifts:
Gifts are accepted by the Learning Centers. The librarian reserves the right to evaluate and select gifts in accordance with the criteria applied to purchased materials. Items not added to the collection may be given to other libraries, or disposed of, as required. A statement of the number and type of items donated is supplied to the donor if requested. However, the librarian gives no statement of value for any individual item.
